My primary responsibility is client-facing communication, which I have carefully honed with over ten years of experience in the financial services industry. I take pride in keeping our clients informed and updated by sending regular updates on distributions, tracking rollovers and contributions, onboarding new client accounts, and providing ongoing account servicing and updates.
By actively listening to clients and understanding their needs, I can determine if our firm is a good fit for them and if our team can provide added benefits to their financial goals. Building relationships and bringing a sense of understanding and comfort to our clients is something I truly enjoy.

Their trust and satisfaction are of utmost importance to me, and I always enjoy hearing about their interests and experiences, whether it's their upcoming travel plans, new additions to their families, or inspiring stories of overcoming challenges. I obtained my degree from Ohio State University in 1997. Later, in 2019, I earned my Enrolled Agent (EA) designation, further solidifying my expertise in tax preparation and representation.
Apart from my professional life, I find immense joy in spending time with my family. I currently reside in Springboro, Ohio, with my husband,Eddie, and my three children Alex, Max, and Jax, and our dog , Maisie. When not servicing clients, I prioritize giving back to the community. I am actively involved with the Community Blood Center and Metroparks, volunteering and making donations.. In my free time, I embrace various outdoor activities with my family. Skiing, hiking, swimming, kayaking, and camping are among our favorite adventures. I also find solace in reading and exploring new places through travel.
